CTI partnered with FEPADE, a Salvadoran NGO that contracted with USAID to help the Ministry of Education develop modules to upgrade the training of all of the primary school teachers in the country in contempory methods of teaching reading and writing. Other partners in the project were Save the Children and EQUIP.
